Mr. Soleil is the Associate Director, Center for Global Leadership and Team Development at The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. He has designed, delivered and managed leadership development programming for four MBA programs and worked as a leadership development consultant with a number of corporate clients. He is currently the Chair of the Leadership Education Member Interest Group at the International Leadership Association (ILA). In addition, David has experience in the film industry and extensive experience with nonprofits, including working as a consultant to the Gesundheit Institute during the filming of the Robin Williams feature "Patch Adams". Most recently, he was a consultant to the Freedom Writers Foundation prior to and during the filming of the Hilary Swank feature, "Freedom Writers." His academic background includes a Master of Fine Arts in Screenwriting from the American Film Institute Conservatory, as well as a Master of Public Affairs in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University in Bloomington, and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Illinois.
