Bill Bowling is presently Worldwide Locations Executive for Warner Bros. Pictures. He has been a Supervising Location Manager with Hollywood studios for 25 years, doing over 40 features and many television programs.

Bill has an extensive knowledge of international location shooting having traveled or worked in 80 countries. He is a member of the DGA (Directors Guild of America) as well as a founding member of the LMGA (Location Managers Guild of America). Bill is also on the Advisory Board of the AFCI (Association of Film Commissions International) and an official advisor to the AFCNet (Asian Film Commission Network).

Bill is also an Adjunct Professor at University of California at Los Angeles Extension, annually teaching “Filming on Location” through the Entertainment Studies Division.

Bill acts as an independent consultant to countries, regions and governments in the development of their Film Commission, Film Board or Government Film Liaison Office. He is also a specialist in the creation and implementation of competitive production incentive programs worldwide. When not traveling, Bill resides in West Hollywood.
