Q : How do I get a quote or make a reservation to travel to the AFCI

Q : How long will it take to get a quote?
A : Upon receipt of the request we will endeavor to get back to you the
same day, but will depend on time zones. Otherwise, no longer than a 24hr
period.

Q : How long is the quote valid for?
A : Quotes are just that, quotes and do not secure the fares. The only
way to secure a quote is to make a booking.

Q : How do I make a booking?
A : After John sends you the quotes, you can liaise with him as to what
option suits you best and he will complete the booking.

Q : How long before I have to pay in full for my booking?
A : At time of booking you will be given a ticketing deadline. Most are
within a 24hr period, unless specified otherwise.

Q : How do I pay for my booking?
A : By credit card only. Please complete the credit card form found on
the AFCI website, or request the form from John. Once complete, please
fax/email us with a copy back and front of the card.
