Who exhibits at LTS?
Film commissioners representing many countries, states, provinces, counties and cities.
Also locations industry services ranging from airlines, hotels & resorts, network location services, magazines, industry handbooks, studios, transit companies and many more.
Who are the Visitors to the show?
AFCI invites visitors from the Film, Television, Video and Commercial industry. Studio executives, producers, directors, cinematographers and locations scouts from all segments of the entertainment industry.
Is the show open to the public?
No, industry professionals only.
How much does it cost to exhibit?
Exhibitor rates start at US$1950 for members and US$2700 for non-members for a complete package, that includes wireless internet, electrical, table and chairs, full display boards and 6 ID badges—everything you need to make a great exhibit. Rates also include a listing in the Show Guide, AFCI website listing with web link, and 200 lbs freight handling from the GES warehouse to the SMCA.
What else do I need as an exhibitor?
The following are available for rent if required: Additional Exposition Services, wired internet service, Audio Visual, Computer and Lead Referral Badge Scanners.
Will you have a full visitor list available after the show?
Yes, it is available to exhibitors only in any format, contact maggie@afci.org.
What other advantages will I get if I exhibit?
A listing in the LTS Show Guide and a listing on the AFCI website from
January - May, with a direct link to your website.
Do you have special hotel rates?
Yes, AFCI has secured special rates at two top Santa Monica Hotels. Both hotels are located within walking distance of the Santa Monica Auditorium. Check forms 3A & 3B for details.
