INTRODUCING LOCATIONS TRADE SHOW 2010
FINANCIAL FORUMS

AFCI has created an excellent opportunity to showcase financial and/or co-production deals to the entertainment industry, with 1 hour presentations at the DoubleTree hotel meeting rooms, located in the lobby. Four concurrent presentations will be available during Friday, April 16 and Saturday, April 17, 2010. Each day offers two time slots, for a total of eight sessions per day. Session rooms will be supplied with an audio/presentation package and can accommodate up to 125 people. Reservations are based on a first-come-first-served basis. Payment and any necessary documentation are required before confirmation can be given.

COST: AFCI Members: US$1250/session
Non-Members: US$2000/session

AFCI SUPPORT:

1. Website Visitor pre-registration for all sessions, at no charge.

2. Frequent promotional emails listing the confirmed presentations, incentive programs slated, with times dates and session locations.

3. A satellite on-site Visitor badge pick-up in the DoubleTree Lobby.

4. Special parking rates for Visitors, no charge for the first 2 hours or $8:00 daily rate.

5. LTS staff located in the lobby area, directing visitors, assisting with set-up details.

6. Central coffee, tea set-up in the lobby area for all visitors and participants.

 

FORUM CRITERIA & DETAILS:
a) Only AFCI Locations Trade Show 2010 exhibitors are permitted to reserve presentation space. Both AFCI and Non Members are eligible, with special reference to sections b & c below.

b) Presentations are limited to financial programs offered by film commissions.

c) LTS Financial Forums are intended to provide an opportunity for exhibitors who are individuals or officers authorized by their respective governments to present official information regarding financial incentives, co-production programs and related government-sponsored programs of their jurisdiction. Therefore, presentation participants may be required to furnish written documentation of their authorization or endorsement of their authorization.

d) AFCI will provide the following audio package for each presentation; 10’ cradle screen, skirted cart & power cord, safety taped. 1 hour tech labor, RF wireless mouse, audio patch to in-house system, overhead projector. Additional equipment can be rented from the DoubleTree contact jennifer.pepito@hilton.com

e) Per California Law any food/beverage items served during any Financial Forum Session, must be purchased from the DoubleTree hotel, contact jennifer.pepito@hilton.com
