AFCI has created additional opportunities to showcase your company or film commission, with the following LTS sponsorship program. Listed below are the sponsorships currently available. Total two day event US$10,000  
Sponsor will be given a display area in the DoubleTree hotel lobby, next to the AFCI registration/badge pick-up. AFCI/Sponsorship signage supplied by AFCI. Sponsor logo and name included in all promotional material and emails generated by AFCI to promote event. AFCI FINANCIAL FORUMS, SPONSORED BY... Coffee and Tea set-up, plus conversation area in the hotel lobby.

 

OPENING RECEPTION, DOUBLETREE
Wednesday, April 14, 6:00 - 8:00pm US$10,000  
Reception attended by all exhibitors, AFCI Members and Non Members the night before opening day of LTS. Sponsors will be included on tickets, signage and email information. AFCI OPENING RECEPTION, SPONSORED BY... This sponsorship can be split by several companies.

3,000 Bags US$10,000  
The sponsorship can be split, sponsorship logo(s) on one side, AFCI Locations Trade Show 2010 logo on the reverse side.

 

 

HOW TO RESERVE A SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY
This year, AFCI is doing registration exclusively online. Check just the boxes that apply to your needs, register online and submit. If you require, we can mail you a packet of forms. Please be aware that the packet will only be mailed to those who request them. Thank you for helping reduce paper and shipping to better manage our global resources.
