» EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
Remember to reserve early. AFCI assigns booth locations by lottery—exhibitors who reserve by November 30 have the best chance for prime space. Each unit category of space will be included in the draw. After that, space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
SPECIAL EXHIBITOR RATES: Exhibitor rates start at $1950 for members and $2700 for non-members for a complete package, that includes wireless internet, electrical, table and chairs, full display boards and 6 ID badges—everything you need to make a great exhibit. Rates also include a listing in the Show Guide, AFCI website listing with web link, and 200 lbs freight handling from the GES warehouse to the SMCA.
NEW ONLINE EXHIBITOR REGISTRATIONThis year, AFCI is doing exhibitor registration exclusively online. Check just the boxes that apply to your needs, register online and submit. If you require, we can mail you a packet of forms. Please be aware that the packet will only be mailed to those who request them. Thank you for helping reduce paper and shipping to better manage our global resources.
