The AFCI Announces Events & Media Partnership With Movie Media Group

Over the last few months, the AFCI has been looking ahead at exciting new ways to add value to membership. In particular, we have been identifying new tools and platforms that can proactively get film commissions out in front of filmmakers in more varied and creative ways. We wanted these opportunities to be complementary to our existing line up of products, and to provide new angles to explore. We were delighted, then, to be presented with the opportunity to work with Movie Media Group.

The Number Of Films Shot In Seville Is Up 34.35% On Last Year

During 2011, Malaga Film Office, a non-profit public organisation funded by the local City Council of Malaga, has continued to generate benefits for the city thanks to an increase in film shoots from the previous year of 17%, which has translated into an investment of almost €1,500,000.

“TV ME!” Pitch/Concept Contest for New Television Content Opens for Submissions


Sarasota, FL – October 3, 2011 - The Sarasota County Film & Entertainment Office (SCFEO) announces a call for entries for the 2012 TV ME! Contest – the nationwide innovative writers’ competition seeking fresh, creative content ideas for television programming. Entries may be submitted now through December 30, 2011.
