AFCI proudly presents the first in a series of exclusive sessions that highlight Producers’ experiences while shooting a particular recent project on location in a specific country, state or city. Through this open conversation between Film Producers, Film Commissioners, and Locations Professionals, producers openly share their experiences of the business of filming on location, how producers are aided by film commissions in their search for production finance options such as production funds, film development funds, advice on financial structuring or incentives. How did the production financing work? What was the deal? How did the film commission support the film’s financing efforts?
